Applause! Applause ! We have the winners!

Best of Show was garnered by Gene Scholler, from Port St Luce and Cape May Audubon, with his amazing image of a dragonfly and First Place with his image of a Great Blue Heron.

Chick Clipshaw was awarded 2nd place with his Monk Parrots and 3rd place with Anhinga.

Images were submitted in the “Birds” and “Wildlife” categories only. With a minimum submission requirement of 4 for award per category only those images submitted under “Birds” were evaluated for 1st, 2nd or 3rd prizes. All submissions were eligible for Best of Show.

During the Summer Field Trip Series we incorporated a photo contest to increase the birding enjoyment. Congratulations to the winners and hope to see more participants next summer.
